The Yogakids DVD (set of 2) is designed for young children aged 3 to 6 and is presented in a way that will be enjoyed by both, your children and yourself.   1. Thanks for the info on yoga for kids! That is an interesting idea I’ve never thought about. I’ll have to check it out. If yoga helps me relax and feel calm, I can only imagine this DVD will have the same effect on kids.
