As I was trying to get focused this morning, I found a link to this little gem on Matt Cutts’ blog. It’s called the Free Font Generator
This site allows you to easily make your own fonts for free. All you have to do is print a template, then scan the template back into your computer. Once you upload it to the yourfonts website, save it and install the file, you can use your font on your computer! You can make fonts of your own handwriting, which is really cool in itself, or get creative and make some jazzier fonts. This could be a really fun project to do with the kids, too!

Weight Watchers has just announced the Lose for Good Campaign:
For every pound of weight lost with Weight Watchers between September 7th and October 18, Weight Watchers will donate the equivalent of one pound of food (up to $1 million) to someone who needs it.
That means, if you lose just one pound, you could be helping to provide 3 meals to a hungry individual. The pounds lost by online subscribers will be determined by total weight loss recorded in your online weight tracker, from 9-7-08 through 10-18-2008. Your online account will include an “Impact Calculator” to help you see your progress.
