For instance, most people aren&#039;t aware they&#039;re incredibly useful for powerlifters. Not only the huge, thick bands, but also the weaker bands.

It&#039;s a fact that many of the top powerlifters use very weak bands - just bands for some workouts - to perform exercises for very high repetitions - 100 or over - in order to increase their endurance, work capacity, and total strength.

There&#039;s more than one way to train for strength, and people mostly interested in brute strength shouldn&#039;t overlook using bands to help them achieve this goal.
