Weight Watchers Review:

After my final child was born (#3) and after I had finished breastfeedling, I joined the online version of Weight Watchers.

My friend had been steadily losing weight with Weight Watchers and she recommended it.

I had three little ones at home, so the evening meetings wouldn't be super-conveneint for me. But I do manage to get online a lot, so the online version of the plan worked great for me.

I was able to lose 25 pounds in less than 2 months. These are the reasons I think it was so successful for me:

The plan is flexible. It's hard for me to eat structured meals sometimes, so I like that the plan is very flexible.

No feelings of deprivation. If I wanted a chocolate chip cookie, I could have one. It would just come out of my points balance. Sometimes, when that craving hit, I would eat the cookie. Sometimes, I would eat something more healthy. the Weight Watchers plan is really good in teaching you the value of those points/calories, as well as how to face real life situations without blowing your diet.

It makes you realize how much you are eating. I have several friends who have been successful with Weight Watchers .One thing everyone says is that there is a reality check that comes with actually tallying the amount of food you eat each day. I realized that I had gotten accustomed to eating portions that were simply too large. (In fact, those portions were robbing me of energy.) Following the Weight Watchers plan was a great way for me to see how much food my body actually required.

Weight Watchers Online now has a choice of a couple of different plans. The webiste has information on each of the available programs. (The one I tried and succeeded with was called the FlexPoints plan.) I highly recommend it.

Once I joined Weight Watchers, I found that I was actually saving money on grocieries because I was eating less. And, with Weight Watchers, you don't need to buy any special foods to be on the program, so it's really an affordable way to get rid of extra weight for good.
