Diet Smoothie Recipe 1:

Power Breakfast Smoothie
Here's a healthy and delicious breakfast smoothie that's rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber.
1 banana, chopped
1 kiwi, peeled
½ apple, chopped
½ cup of frozen mixed berries
1 cup orange juice
½ cup soy milk
½ cup low fat plain yogurt
3 tbsp unsalted peanut butter
2 tbsp flaxseed oil

Combine the fruits and orange juice in a blender and process until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well mixed.

Diet Smoothie Recipe 2:
A Touch of Citrus Smoothie

2 cups vanilla fat-free yogurt
2 medium bananas cut into chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup orange juice

Place banana chunks and strawberries in blender. Blend on low until broken up. Add yogurt and orange juice. Continue blending on high until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.

Diet Smoothie Recipe 3:
Superhealthy Cranberry Smoothie
1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
2/3 cup cranberry/raspberry juice
1 cup raspberries (frozen if you can’t find fresh)
8 oz of plain low-fat yoghurt
1 ½ cups of ice

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust with more ice or juice if necessary.

Diet Smoothie Recipe 4:
Sweet and Tangy Banana Smoothie

2 bananas
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
Juice and rind of 1 lime
½ cup of Orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
