In this Get Ripped Volume, Jari Love delivers a workout of squats; lunges; chest
presses; pushups; curls; and a multitude of exercises designed to tone and work

Some users find this DVD to be more advanced, but modifications (using low
weights, for example) can help all users keep pace. This DVD incorporates a full
body workout using a good mix of exercises targeted at key areas.
