Review: This DVD shows the basics of Tae Bo and those basics have been adapted for kids to understand and enjoy. In today’s world (or at least my little section of it) kids seem to think TV and video games are the tops. It is a fight to get them to be active in any form. This DVD has helped my family in that area.

This DVD is a great starting place for kids. Parents can also do these exercises, so it’s a great way to work out together.

The DVD incorporates exercises for children from ages 5 to 13. The kids are all shapes and sizes and from different nationalities, so the DVD has universal appeal.

The instructions are plain and simple. Mr. Blanks paces his moves well to help keep children  motivated and wanting more.

Tae Bo Kicks also includes music that fits with what they are doing on the DVD. You’ll find yourself and your kids humming away as you work out.

This DVD is great for the whole family to stay fit together.
