Description: The Gaiam Balance Ball Beginner Kit comes with a
balance ball and a pump, so it is really simple to inflate. The kit also
includes a sample DVD of the Gaiam exercise DVDs.
Review: I highly recommend this ball. It's one of the few
pieces of fitness equipment that I have and use on a regular basis. It's
durable, regardless of your weight, and helps for a good work out. It also works
well as a chair.
Some people use their balance balls at work because it works your core muscles
when you are sitting on it.
The Gaiam Balance Ball Beginner Kit is a great introduction to the balance ball,
and it can help you get into shape.
Criticism: You need to make sure to purchase the balance ball
for your height, otherwise you will not work muscles properly.
