There are actually two diet tools in this plan. The first is the
Idiot-Proof Online Diet Generator, which automatically computes your
food lists for you. You choose your favorites from a list of foods and a
23-page menu is then generated, which tells you what to eat when.
There's no need for calorie counting or label reading. It's all figured
out for you.
The accompanying Idiot Proof Diet Handbook explains the approach that
the Online Diet Generator uses in more detail, so you can successfully
create your own "calorie-shifting" menus.
These two approaches (the generator and the handbook) are both included
in the plan, and each uses slightly different carb/protein
combinations.
